Introduced in Germany three decades ago, the term "MORA" derives from the surname letters of its two inventors, namely, the renowned physician Dr. Franz MORELL, and the electronics engineer Erich RASCHE. The MORA instrument offers superb healing using the patient's own bio-information. First separate the pathological frequency information out of the patient's total incoming oscillation spectrum. Then, electronically invert this filtered-out pathological information and deliver it back to the patient amplified for cancellation purposes - in effect, creating an individualized "remedy" for the patient, from the patient. This also allows use in therapy of patient's own blood, secretions, excretions, etc. Non-inverted amplification enables rapid increases in patient energy level; electronic transfer of remedy information; and much more.

Dr. Walter D. Sturm (HMD, PhD) was one of the founders of Occidental Institute Research Foundation. He was their Research Director first in traditional acupuncture and then from 1978 on, in German Electro- Acupuncture, homeopathy and biological medicine.

Dr. Sturm worked with MORA-Therapy since early 1980, and without a doubt was the most informed person in North America regarding that instrument. His subspecialty was environmental problems and the knowledge he gained over the years on EAV test preparations in this area was astounding. Due to his diagnostic abilities and resources (over 30,000 test remedies organized and arranged within arm's reach of his seated test position) he is considered internationally as the "court of last resort" in North America.
