The Biological Medicine Resource Your
Information and Technology Bridge linking Germany Tour #37 Saturday, October 30th – Friday, November 5th, 2010 As our one day English language program at Med-Week 2009 was winding down, Dr. Hans-Peter Friedrichsen (president of the Medicine Week and well known specialist in mitochondropathy) came back to our classroom, listened in for a few minutes and motioned me out. During our brief conversation he expressed great pleasure at the success of that program and asked me personally to “do it again, please”. I must say this is a very prestigious and unprecedented invitation (see Volume 5, Issue #6 of the Bridge newsletter for the full written invitation). Normally it is the big German societies (EAV, Erfahrungsheilkunde, Biological Cancer, Mayr, BFD, and so on) which are invited to organize a program within the Medicine Week. For Occidental Institute to be recognized and accepted into such an elite group of organizations is truly an honor. Plans and arrangements for our Biological Medicine Group Tour #37 are now "in place". Our participation at Med-Week has been confirmed and the theme for their 44th congress is “Complementary Medicine – Success by Synergy”. We have invited eight German and international speakers to present during this English language lecture day (inc’g Dr. med. Hans-Peter Friedrichsen, Dr. med Juliane Sacher and Prof. Dr. Ivan Engler). Full lists of speakers will be posted here shortly. We have already confirmed our two main speakers (for private half day lectures) and I am pleased to announce that Prof. Dr. Roeland van Wijk of the International Institute of Biophysics (founded by Prof. Dr. Fritz-Albert Popp) will give us a presentation entitled “Biophotons in Diagnostics – Progress and Expectations”. We are also pleased to announce the Priv. Doz. Dr. med. Hendrik Truegut, president of the Deutschen Gesselschaft für Energetische und Informationsmedzin (DGEIM, the German Society for Energetic and Information Medicine) will give us a lecture on "Energy Medicine". Sorry, but the planned visit to the Swiss clinic was not possible due to scheduling conflicts. But, we will visit two very unique instrumentation manufacturers and I am trying to arrange a visit from a respected SAG manufacturer. We will keep the website updated as the few remaining confirmations are received and hotel/transportation arrangements are completed. But . . . . . . this is our confirmed program for Tour #37:
Clear your patient calendar and make your plans now to join us for this prestigious and exciting program. Watch the website and the mid-April Issue #2 of “The Bridge” to hear further details. See information below about our 2009 Tour Program (now completed) to see the type of program that is being planned for 2010. | |

Here is a
brief outline of our planned schedule Saturday (Oct. 31): Tour delegates meet at our Frankfurt airport hotel this evening for an informal welcome reception. Most North Americans have to leave on Friday to get to Germany on Saturday, due to North Atlantic flight schedules and losing time zones. Because participants join us from all over the world, everyone makes their own airline arrangements. Sunday (Nov. 1): Our deluxe motor coach takes us from Frankfurt to Baden-Baden. In the afternoon you get one half-day to begin your attack on the exhibit booths at Med-Week. Monday (Nov. 2): This is our official English language Medicine Week Program as listed in the Med-Week calendar – with 9 international lecturers. Please see separate listing for program.
Tuesday
(Nov. 3):
This morning a presentation sponsored by Advanced
Medical Systems with Dr. Frank Beck and Mr. Harold
Becker on magnetic field therapy in a meeting room right at our hotel. Wednesday (Nov. 4): Then, your final day at Medicine Week. I hope you have lots of room in your suitcases for the bags of information and samples you will collect. Or, some escape to work in some necessary “retail therapy” or visit the famous baths.
Thursday
(Nov. 5):
This morning again in a
meeting room at our hotel a presentation sponsored by Holisitic Concepts
and Mr. Peter Thurmann featuring Dr. Manfred Doepp
about AMSAT-HC on Global/Segmental Diagnostics.
Friday
(Nov. 6):
This morning at a meeting
room in our hotel Dr. Richard Kraßnigg will speak to us about
Global Scaling and EAV. The tour officially ends this evening after our Goodbye Banquet and certificate ceremonies (hotel room is of course included). Saturday (Nov. 7): Fly home from Frankfurt anytime today if you wish, and North Americans even get home the same day due to gaining time zones. All the above presentations are confirmed at this time, but may change as final preparations are completed. Of course once the Tour is underway there is little we can do about the actual events unfolding (like a speaker not showing up due to illness, slow meal service delaying us for our next event, traffic jams, etc.). But, this is most likely how this Tour will take place.
