INFORMATIONAL RELEASE
Wednesday, December 19, 2007 Dear Colleague: ? Here we are back at that time when we reflect on our activities and projects of the past year. Regardless which faith we follow, we are all focused on family, peace and the joy of the Season during this holy time of celebration and wonder. All of us here at the Institute send you our most heartfelt greetings, and hope that 2008 will be prosperous and healthy for all. We would also like to thank each and every one of you for your support during 2007. As a private non-profit organization we could not continue our work and research without you. Already plans are underway for many exciting projects during 2008 and we look forward to your continuing affiliation. And, this of course, brings us to membership application time. Follow this link www.oirf.com/membership/inviteapp.html to a special membership application with a $25 reduction of fees for those who get their applications in early. Why wait? Take care of it now, before you get busy with Holiday and Year End activities! ? Unlike our paper mailings, I have lots of room here to tell you about the instrumentation that OIRF is introducing this month. Some personal comments and recommendations are included in Volume 3, Issue #6 of “The Bridge” that was sent separately to all 2007 members. I am so excited I was able to negotiate good members’ prices for these fantastic devices. Once again we have access to true magnetic field therapy as well as two models of a great hand held laser. The lasers are even FDA registered! Here's a small picture of each with a link to further details. Call the office to get current pricing.
Magnetic Field Therapy, by Advanced Medical Systems, Germany. Follow this link www.oirf.com/recinstr/AMSMagnetics.html for more details
POWERLaser, by POWER MEDIC, Denmark. Watch for more details to be posted in the next few days.
Be sure to take a look at that information and I am sure you can add at least one of them onto your Christmas wish list. Watch early next year for a new diagnostic device called the AMSAT-HC and a new water regeneration device called the AQA 707. ? And now for the good news. You will remember that last September I advised you how Mrs. Aina Sylvester-Schimmel had closed the Resolux Company that makes the fantastic Photon Resonance Test or PRT device. Well, as I wandered about in the Medicine Week Congress during Tour #34, I rounded the corner on the second floor and was absolutely astounded to see Mrs. Schimmel standing at the Resolux booth! I stopped in my tracks and just stared. After all the months of no communication and no service, there she was. My first concern was for those of you who have invested in the instrumentation, the seminars and the training. Could we now expect a response from her concerning warranties, repairs, test sets, and so on? I made arrangements to meet with her the next evening and to get the full story of what was going on. I will be honest, I was not gentle with her. Disappearing acts are certainly not what we expect and her lack of support in the past year was monumental. In a nutshell, what she told me is that she had sold the company. The new owners who promised to take care of everything simply did not. They did not pay her, they did not answer correspondence, and they simply did nothing. One week before the Med-Week congress, Mrs. Schimmel and her advisors and attorney were able to take the company back under their control and retrieve all of the stock and assets. Although not prepared for Med-Week, they went ahead with their stand rather than lose it for next year. The company has been completely reorganized and is now a foundation (similar to OIRF). They are in the process of clearing away all the problems of the past (including repairs) and they expect to be fully functional and “back in business” early in the New Year. We will hang in there and see what happens. If you have been trying to correspond with Resolux in the past, you can now reach them at the following new office address:
Resolux Stiftung We are hoping to again offer this fantastic diagnostic device to you, and Dr. Brian Mac Coy has already agreed to do a couple of seminars for us. Finally, this could be a good year to add PRT diagnostics into your practice! The company has been completely reorganized and is now a foundation (similar to OIRF). They are in the process of clearing away all the problems of the past (including repairs) and they expect to be fully functional and “back in business” early in the New Year. Stay tuned for more news. ? Updates and Reminders Ø As promised the new instrumentation price lists are now available. A few units actually decreased in price (the Ionized Oxygen and VNS units) due to exchange rate fluctuations, while most others have gone up. Exchange rates are so volatile at the present time that pricing is also changing constantly. Call Elaine or Carolyn at 800-663-8342 for current listings. Ø The Institute will be open limited hours December 24 through January 1, so that our staff can spend time with their families. We will reopen regular hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM starting January 2, 2008. ? I think I had better close for this issue. Again I send our best wishes to you and your families for this Holiday Season. Take care and with all best wishes, I respectfully remain . . .

A short chuckle – And the moral of the story . . . A sales rep, an administration clerk and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, “I’ll give each of you just one wish.” “Me first! Me first!” says the admin clerk. “I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.” Puff! She’s gone. “Me next! Me next!” says the sales rep. “I want to be in Hawaii, relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.” Puff! He’s gone. OK, you’re up,” the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, “I want those two back in the office after lunch.” Moral of the Story: Always let your boss have the first say. You know your children are growing up when they stop asking you where they came from and refuse to tell you where they’re going. –P.J. O’Rourke |
