Occidental Institute Research Foundation functions
as an information and technology bridge linking
top German practitioners and suppliers involved
in aspects of German Biological Medicine with
progressive English-speaking practitioners around
the world. By providing information, seminars,
workshops, educational materials, and facilitating
instrumentation, OIRF promotes the growth of
German Biological Medicine throughout North
America, and in other English-speaking countries.
“Biological Medicine”, as a phrase coined by Occidental Institute during the early 1980’s, was intended to be a general and inclusive term that incorporated many non-allopathic or natural diagnostic and therapeutic methods. There is no one product, personality, method or approach within Biological Medicine that will allow you to help all of your patients, with all of their health challenges, all of the time. It is for this reason that we see a constantly changing and developing range of methods coming available to practitioners worldwide.

 Occidental
Institute is an international nonprofit
society for practitioners of biological medicine.
The Institute itself has been in continuous operation
since 1972. Since 1980, we have specialized in
German biological medicine, which is far ahead of
the United States and Canada from the standpoint of
its acceptance, utilization, established remedies,
and superior instrumentation. Since then, we have
become the most influential organization in North
America and many other English speaking countries,
serving serving Biological Medicine practitioners worldwide.
We're not some Johnny-come-lately group just
climbing onto the German biological medicine bandwagon.
We have already trained hundreds of practitioners
from diverse English speaking countries, in the
most effective German diagnostic and therapeutic methods.
Essentially, we are an information and technology
bridge linking clinically proven German advancements
with English-speaking practitioners. However, since we do
not simply endorse any particular German approach or product
line, but rather cover all of
the most effective modalities,
you can rely on us for truly unbiased advice.
Besides facilitating purchase of instrumentation and training
on it, we offer comprehensive printed or recorded programs,
publications covering acupuncture, homeopathy, Mayr Therapy
and a wide range of related topics, newsletters, yearly
clinic and lecture Tours to Germany, seminars by top experts
from Germany and North America, and - most importantly-
affiliation with fellow practitioners.
Occidental Institute Research Foundation is a non-profit research organization. The instrumentation recommendations of this organization are based on thorough testing to determine efficacy, quality, pricing, availability and support. All instrumentation is sold on a not-for-profit basis at or below Germany factory (export) prices to assist our Affiliates in obtaining the best product for their needs at the best possible price. Longtime Affiliates consider OIRF as the "Consumer Reports" of German Biological Medicine. Training and educational materials on all instrumentation are available through OIRF.

a non-profit research organization, we are not allowed to sell you instrumentation on a commercial basis! Rather, we are here
to educate and inform our research associates
(affiliates), and to make instrumentation recommendations based
on our years of research. Then, on a not-for-profit basis as a fund raising activity,
we can assist you with a purchase that will work best in
your practice for the most reasonable price.
Biological Medicine
Modalities
Objective Evaluation Methods:
- Bio-Electronic Vincent (B.E.V. and the newer
BE-T-A): Objective evaluation
using pH, redox potential and resistance; of blood, saliva
and urine [or medications and drinking water] against
biological criteria established by Prof. Vincent.
- AMSAT-HC Global/Segmental Diagnostics:
Automatic objective electronic evaluations following the
principles of "segmentary diagnostics". A minimal
current flows between six electrodes, and measurements
are compared with individual values taken from a huge
data bank.
- VNS Diagnosis 3000 is the
ideal complement to the Oxygen Ion 3000 by Dr. Ivan Engler. It measures the capacity and the resistance between both
gold electrodes and forms an optic display of the vegetative
situation in the form of an LED-diagram.
- Voice Frequency Analysis (SFA): The human voice is a temporarily changing system. It serves for the evaluation of regulation and function of the living organism and is suited for detailed analysis because of a higher frequency range (therapy CD can also be produced). Based on the work and research of Dr. Arno Heinen.

Electro-Dermal Screening (EDS).

Biological Therapy Methods:

the patient's own bio-information. Electronically invert filtered-out
